I’m not happy one bit. I feel disgusting and huge. And yes i have a birthmark above my belly button. you are beautiful. you are not defined by the size of your clothes or the measurement of your waist. being tiny won’t make you happy. loving yourself will. (ps. i have a birthmark too! its on my left leg, right on my calf :] )
