1. I wish I could express my joy right now. I wish I could have you feel what I’m feeling: the love, the peace, the joy, the excitement, the hope!! I mean, I’m feeling fear and anxiety too but God’s love is crushing those lies beneath His feet. I was considering the mission trip. I try my best to be careful about not reading into events to be signs from God; however, it was getting the point where it would be outright ignoring God not to go. And then He got personal. At 5pm I called the Guy (Jesse) and told him about how the mission trip opportunity came up and everything involved and that I needed to turn a $100 deposit in to go.  At 7:15pm, I was in the music school when my friend walked up to me with an envelope with “Miss Molly” on it. Completely confused, I opened it up. It was a letter from the Guy and a check written out to my church for $100, saying to go on the mission trip.  He drove an hour to my University just to drop off a letter and the check and he left before he could get any thanks or recognition. No one has ever done something like this for me. Gone completely out of their way, completely surprised me…  Furthermore, I don’t think God could be any clearer: Go. I am with you wherever you go.  It’s amazing what happens when you commit yourself to God’s will. His plans are so much better than mine, and He knows I will delight in them! He changes my heart to match His will, He straightens my path, He guides me, He loves me. He doesn’t only fulfill His promises, He goes further with adventures and plans that are more incredible than anything I could ever imagine.  Trust Him. Surrender to Him. He DOES know what’s best for you and all He wants to do is give that to you!  “Few souls understand what God would accomplish in them if they were to abandon themselves unreservedly to Him.” Ignatius
